-Drag pencil along inside and outside rims of eyes.
-For a more intense look, apply multiple layers.
-If needed, blend with the foam tip in small gentle motions in desired direction.
-Remove with Sephora Collection’s Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover (sold separately).
-Finish the look with Size Up Volumizing Mascara (sold separately).
